DENSITY OF PLANTATION : 5 000 vines/ha
VINEYARD MANAGEMENT : no chemical weed control, cereals and leguminous plants are grown to fertilize and oxygenate the soil

Dense garneted. What complexity and finesse in the nose of Claud-Bellevue. The bouquet reveals notes of cocoa beans, a bit of freshness through mint and a touch of red berries. Pleasant notes of graphite, which evokes memories very pictorial, when I walked to the desk of the teacher to cut the mine of my pencil with the crank sharpener fixed on his desk. Delicious and fruity appetizer. On the palate, the wine is compact, fresh, and well maintained by the tension of the structure. The latter ideally supports the aromatic expression, until the end of the mouth while the tannins ensure the rear. What a great success! 2022-2033

Some beautiful purity of fruit here with blackberries, as well as salt and chalk. Some black chocolate and hazelnut, too. It’s full and layered. Velvety, rather muscular tannins. Best ever? Better after 2023.
