Our wines

Our philosophy being based on the respect of the soil and the grapes; therefore, our goal is to produce wines expressing the main characteristics of the terroirs of the appellation of Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux as they appear in our vineyards.

The three wines of Maison Kavaklidere offer you the opportunity to travel through the different expressions of these terroirs.

A powerful minerality combining the softness of merlot with the racy and delicate characters of cabernet franc. Well balanced, fruity, with good body, a silky texture with tannins that soften during the ageing process. A wine with length and a saline finish.

A full-bodied and structured wine, with generous fruit on the palate paired with smoked and roasted notes. The nose is elegant; the fruity notes are completed with delicate oaky aromas.

Produced mostly with our young merlot, a pleasant, fresh and fruity wine for all occasions. Cabernet sauvignon, from the Claud Bellevue’s vines, gives to La Folie it’s tannic structure.
