15 km from Saint-Emilion, Château Claud Bellevue is located in the heart of the hilly appellation of Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux, in the small village of Belvès-de-Castillon.

Surrounded by 10 ha of vines in one piece, the property was renovated in 2019.

The house that will welcome you, classified by Gîtes de France® in spring 2021, was originally the home of the Prior of the adjacent church of Notre-Dame de Belvès.
An ancient stone, which is situated by the fountain in the garden, details that fact and gives the date of 1663.

So whether you want to visit this spectacular part of France with its world renowned gastronomy, the fine wines from St Emilion or Castillon, or the magnificence of the countryside, Château Claud Bellevue will be your home away from home.

With a total area of 170 m2, arranged on several levels, the house consists of an equipped kitchen opening to the outside, on the upper level of a large room dining room with lounge area, a television lounge and three bedrooms: “Merlot” our twin bedded room (2x90x200), “Cabernet franc” and “Cabernet sauvignon” each with a 160 x 200 sleigh bed, all equipped with air conditioning and their en-suite shower room and toilet.

The entire building has heating and Wi-Fi access.

Very spacious, the living rooms offer you a relaxing view of the garden and the swimming pool.

Throughout the summer, you can also enjoy the outdoor lounge and barbecue.

In the surrounding area, there is no shortage of cultural, sporting and family activities: wine estates visits, hiking, cycling, horse riding, water sports, golf, and leisure centers.
